Our aim with the Melodic Series was to create jam tracks that work well with simple, melodic soloing. Whatever your level of ability, you can use these jam tracks to play cool, interesting solos. The chords are rich and complex, so even simple lead lines can sound sophisticated. Guthrie's solos are amazing and inspiring as usual, but he's using a lot of pentatonic licks and lots of breathing space.
