1. When you receive your code, go to our download site via the given link. Type the code carefully in the box. You can also copy and paste the code from the email, but be careful. Do not copy the space before the code, or the code will not work. Please note that you have 10 days before the code expires.

2. If you do something wrong, don't worry - you can use the code three times.

3. When the download is finished, your jamtrackcentral files will be in your usual download location (most web browsers download to the desktop by default).

4. Our files come in ‘zip’ format to make the download faster. In Windows, right-click on the zip file and select ‘Extract’. In Mac OS X, just double-click the file to extract it. You will then see the folder on your desktop, containing your jamtrackcentral products. You can now safely delete the zip file.
