How to buy

YOUR ACCOUNT

You now need to register with us and create your jamtrackcentral account. This means we can use a simpler system allowing you to get your downloads faster! There are three parts in your account…

Your Details -- You can edit these at any time.
Your Downloads -- This is where you go to download your purchases. You have 10 attempts to download each product.
Purchase History -- Details of all of your purchases or free downloads

CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS

You can browse our products in different ways. Click on your favourite players to see everything they have done with us. Or choose a style… rock, blues, jazz/fusion. You can also use our search engine to find a specific product. Click “Add to Basket”, and when you’re ready to pay for your items, click “Go to Checkout”.

CHECKOUT

At the checkout page, you will need to login or create a new account. You will then be able to pay with our Paypal system. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use a standard credit card. You will then be able to download your purchases from the “Your Downloads” section of your account.

DOWNLOADING

All of our products come in “zip” files to make the download faster. A zip file is like an envelope… you need to open it to see the stuff you bought. To do this on a Windows PC, right-click on the zip file and select “Extract here”. On a Mac, just double-click the file to extract it. You will then see a folder with the same name as the zip file. You can now safely delete the zip file, or store it as a backup.
