As Dave writes in the bonus track notes, these tracks are not all, technically, in a minor key, but they all have the feel of a minor-key blues and lend themselves very well to that particular genre of improvisation! Sweet sultry classic Blues lines that will make you want to grab for the nearest guitar and jam along!

Dave strived for a variety of styles for his own solo examples on these tracks, which have all been transcribed into PDF and Powertab formats. However, the chord progressions are pretty set for playing your own improvisations by ear. If you want to get really inside them, there's enough sophistication for you to 'play the changes' to create your own solos. This freedom created by the incredible backing tracks will allow you to stick with your classic Blues licks for a tasty jam session, or go all out and add your own spice and excitement to the solos.
