The download code does not work!

You can use the code three times, so don't worry! Please take great care when typing the code or copying from the email. Even an extra space will stop the code from working.

It may be that your web browser is reloading the page from its cache memory, so you can force it to reload from the server. For a more extreme solution, you can erase all the data from your browser's cache. There are instructions on how to do these two operations for most browsers here: Wikipedia - Bypass Your Cache.

My download code has not arrived!

First, please check your spam folder. Our email may be in there. Please add noreply@jamtrackcentral.com to your Safe Sender list or your address book to prevent this from happening again.

If your name appears in the list below please note that a download e-mail has been sent out to you. Please check your ISP spam/junk folder. For further help click here

This means that your ISP has almost certainly marked your e-mail from us as spam or junk. You can then log in directly to your e-mail account via your web browser and locate our e-mail in the spam or junk section.

If your ISP or email service is automatically marking our emails as spam. Don't worry... our system will send an automatic reminder to you. This is different from the regular download email, and we find that the reminders usually get through spam filters.

If you have access to your security and junk mail settings, we recommend that you do not use the strongest filter setting.

There is no download code or reminder!

Can I get a refund?

Because of the electronic (non-physical) nature of our products, we can unfortunately not give refunds for mistaken purchases or issues of personal taste. If issues beyond your control completely prevent you from downloading your purchases, we will offer a full refund.
